Mohsen Ravari is a local journalist in Jiroft in the province of Kerman. Until the spring of 2020 he worked with the media outlet Negin-e Jonoub.

He was arrested on September 23, 2020, during protests over the death of the 22-year-old Mahsa Amini while in the custody of Morality Police.

Ravari had been arrested twice before, once in 2016 and the second time following the nationwide protests of November 2019. Both times he was released after a short time.
